The Guest Experience Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring improvements in safety, security, quality, productivity, and customer service. This role involves conducting daily on-site inspections, preparing for audits, and communicating findings to management and stakeholders. The coordinator will help instill a culture of safety and quality while complying with company, client, and regulatory standards.

SALARY: $25.88/hr.

  • Provide management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with coworkers, dispatchers, supervisors, and clients.
  • Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards and procedures.
