Guest Experience / Front of House Team Member

What this role is

Front of House Team Member — you’ll rotate between front counter, drive-thru, food assembly, drinks/milkshakes/desserts, mobile order support, dining area care, and general guest service. Fast pace. High standards. Team-first attitude required.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests and take orders accurately at the counter and drive-thru.
  • Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, curbside, and catering pickup.
  • Prepare drinks, treats, and milkshakes per recipe and quality standards.
  • Assist guests with the mobile app and orders when needed.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming service and dining areas.
  • Restock supplies and support smooth restaurant flow.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and follow food safety protocols.

Who we want

  • Able to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs.
  • Strong communicators with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required.

Schedule & pay

  • Part-time: 10–31 hours/week.
  • Full-time: 32+ hours/week.
  • Must be available for some peak shifts (early mornings, evenings, Saturdays). Always closed on Sundays.
  • Pay: $17–$19/hr depending on availability and experience.
