About the Role


As an Experience Guide at The NOW Massage RSM, you are the first and last impression of our boutique. You set the tone for each guest’s journey — creating a warm welcome, delivering thoughtful service, and ensuring a seamless flow throughout the day.


You are at the heart of the boutique experience, helping guests discover memberships and enhancements while supporting a tranquil, healing environment for both guests and team members.


What You’ll Do


  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest and team member

  • Create a warm, welcoming check-in and a smooth, memorable check-out experience

  • Educate guests on our massage services, memberships, enhancements, and retail offerings

  • Confidently and authentically drive sales of memberships, gift cards, and retail products

  • Schedule, modify, and manage appointments with accuracy and efficiency

  • Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures

  • Proactively address guest questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and uphold our elevated aesthetic standards

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and continuous improvements

  • Contribute to a positive, wellness-focused, team-first culture

What You Bring


  • Prior experience in guest service or sales (preferred)

  • A calm, positive presence and genuine passion for wellness and self-care

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect authentically

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive mindset and natural problem-solving skills

  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to supporting your team
