What You'll Do
Become a Behind the Scenes Tour Guide
Lead guests on our exclusive Behind the Scenes Tour
Share fascinating facts about the wax-making process
Bring the Madame Tussauds story to life through engaging storytelling
Be the Face of the Attraction
Welcome guests with energy, confidence, and a red-carpet attitude
Memorize tour scripts and figure facts
Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for Madame Tussauds
Keep the Attraction Guest-Ready
Ensure exhibit areas are clean, safe, and photo-ready
Help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest
Enhance the Guest Experience
Promote souvenirs, snacks, and attraction upgrades
Answer guest questions and assist with wayfinding
Help manage crowd flow and operational needs
️ Safety First
Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
About You
6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, tours, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, including areas with loud noise and confined spaces
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling guest questions and concerns
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
