Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism. Must be familiar with the mechanical controls of the bull in order to provide a pleasant experience for the guests.

Responsibilities

Where You''ll Make an Impact:

• Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively, clearly, patiently and humorously with co-workers and guests.
• Present and encourage current promotions to guests.
• Ensure familiarity with the application to have guests electronically sign the establishment''s waiver.
• Verify and scan guests' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements.
• Provide the establishment's waiver to the guest and making sure the guest knows the rules for riding the mechanical bull and signs this waiver.
• Reports all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Must speak English fluently, other languages preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others; understand and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
• Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
• Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience with customer service and/or hosting, preferably with prior mechanical equipment operation; technical training or schooling preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• 24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness meet the applicant's schedules when needed.
• Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
• Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning
• Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels
• Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
