    Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Hosts. This dynamic role supports multiple departments across the resort, offering a unique opportunity to learn new skills, work in a range of settings, and be a key part of our guests' experience. As a Guest Experience Host, you'll play a flexible and vital role in creating a positive and memorable visit for our guests. Whether you're greeting guests in the drop-off zone, helping them gear up, or supporting operations around the resort, your positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed will help elevate the overall mountain experience.

Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney.     • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

    What You'll do:

    • Greet guests and direct vehicles in the drop-off zone
    • Assist with boot fittings and rental equipment distribution
    • Support cashiering or food service in dining areas
    • Bus tables and maintain clean, welcoming lodge spaces
    • Act as a resort ambassador by answering questions and offering directions
    • Cross-train and lend a hand in other departments as needed, building a broader understanding of resort operations beyond the rental shop.
    • Take advantage of opportunities to learn new skills across the resort, supporting a well-rounded, team-first approach to the guest experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
    • Ability to lift and carry rental equipment and supplies up to 30 lbs
    • Comfortable working outdoors in cold, winter weather conditions for extended periods, including in the drop-off zone
    • Ability to walk and stand safely on varied terrain, including snow and ice
    • Manual dexterity for boot fitting, equipment handling, and cashiering tasks
    • Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to safely direct vehicles and assist guests
