Ready to level up from “just a job” to something actually exciting? At Merlin Entertainments’ newest immersive attraction, WONDRA, we’re looking for energetic, people-loving leaders to join our team as Guest Experience Leads.
If you’re the kind of person who can hype up a crowd, keep cool in a fast-paced environment, and make people feel welcome from the second they walk in; this role was made for you!
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Lead and support the Guest Experience team during daily operations
- Help create unforgettable moments for guests
- Keep the attraction running safely and smoothly
- Coach and motivate team members
- Jump in to solve problems and handle guest concerns
- Be part of the opening team for one of Merlin’s newest attractions
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive energy + strong communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working with people
- Leadership or guest service experience is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, interactive environment
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
