Guest Experience Specialist

Introduction:

We are seeking dependable, guest-focused individuals looking for a long-term opportunity.  Previous experience in retail, hospitality, concierge, hotel, restaurant, medical office, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.  

Work functions and responsibilities will include welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival; escorting guests to the salon or spa while ensuring a seamless luxury experience; preparing, stocking, and maintaining spa amenities, relaxation areas, and guest spaces to Robert Andrew standards; answering multi-line phones; scheduling and confirming appointments; assisting with guest inquiries; performing opening and closing procedures; processing guest check-in and checkout; accurately handling cash, credit card, and gift card transactions; balancing registers and completing end-of-day reconciliation; and providing exceptional guest service while supporting the daily operations of the salon and spa.  Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. 

Seeking Full-time. One weekend day is required weekly and flexibility to work a mix of day and evening shifts. 

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour during the initial 30-day training and introductory period. Upon successful completion of training and a satisfactory 30-day performance evaluation, your hourly rate will increase to $17.00 per hour.
