Guest Experience Specialist

Ruby & Clover is growing, and we're looking for our next Guest Experience Specialist!

This role is perfect for someone who lights up around people, has a natural sales instinct, and wants to be the driving force behind our front desk and client experience. Turning every guest interaction into a chance to recommend the right service or product.

The role at a glance:

• \n
• Greet and connect with guests to create a welcoming, memorable visit
• \n
• Actively sell services and boutique products through personalized recommendations
• \n
• Support rebooking, follow-ups, and client retention to keep guests coming back
• \n
• Manage our online boutique orders and help grow digital sales
• \n
• Assist with front desk operations. Checkout, scheduling, questions, etc
• \n
• Collaborate with our Brand Strategist on promotions and events
• \n
• Keep our space organized, inviting, and on-brand
• \n
• Pitch in on social media and marketing when needed
• \n

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best
• \n
• A confident, natural salesperson who isn't afraid to recommend a product or upsell a service
• \n
• A strong communicator with sharp interpersonal skills
• \n
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a great critical thinker
• \n
• Experienced in customer service, sales, or beauty (a plus)
• \n

The details: Rochester, MI — in-person. 30 hours per week. $16–$18/hour plus quarterly bonuses tied to sales performance. 401K eligibility, salon and boutique discounts. Some evenings/weekends required for events.
