What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest while serving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Become knowledgeable on all menu items and procedures
• Deliver exceptional hospitality through friendly, clear, and professional communication
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and guest service areas
• Perform front-counter cleaning and sanitation duties, including equipment cleaning and supply rotation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Support a calm, positive, and hospitable atmosphere during high-volume periods
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure operational excellence every shift.
