Retail Customer Service Associate

Pay: $15.50–$18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Great Guest Service: Welcome guests, answer questions, and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
• Stock & Organize: Restock shelves and displays and keep products organized and accessible.
• Keep the Store Clean: Sweep, mop, clean restrooms, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store and exterior.
• Handle Transactions: Process cash and card transactions accurately while following company cash-handling procedures.
• Support the Team: Jump in wherever needed to help keep store operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Follow company safety, security, and operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED, or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Bonus: ServSafe certification, POS experience, strong multitasking skills, and problem-solving abilities.
