Position Summary:
Chick-fil-A Outlets at San Clemente, California is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Team Members (Hospitality/Dining Room). As an integral part of our restaurant, Guest Experience Team Members will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a remarkable dining experience while upholding Chick-fil-A's standards of excellence. This position is a non-exempt hourly position.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred, but not required.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Willingness to learn and follow Chick-fil-A's standards and procedures.
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve others.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
8. Eligible to work in the United States.
