As a Guest Relations Employee (f/m/d), you are the first point of contact for our guests at all levels.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

You ensure that the first contact with guests is made before their stay, you maintain this contact during the stay and even take care of the last contact after the stay. You recognize bottlenecks in the field of service (hotel-wide), you analyze these and you actively contribute to improving the service level. You do all this with your natural enthusiasm and charisma.

In addition, you are the point of contact in the event of complaints, and you are responsible for all correspondence on online review websites. Moreover, you ensure that the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Quality Standards are complied with throughout the hotel.

• You have a perfect command of the English language and you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel;
