Join us in creating moments of unparalleled warmth and hospitality, where every detail is thoughtfully orchestrated to exceed the expectations of our discerning members.Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and their guests with genuine warmth, ensuring each encounter is adorned with a heartfelt smile and sustained eye contact, fostering an immediate sense of belongingProvide a prompt and courteous welcome to all guests upon their arrivalActing as way-finders and hospitality services resource for all guestsAssist with lobby flow including employee and visitor cues to elevatorsBuilding and maintaining a relationship with employees and repeat guests, enhancing their over-all experience; use surnames when obtainedBe actively engaged with guests, employees & clients; identifying and anticipating their needs, aiming to exceed expectations at every opportunityEscort guests to their destination as requiredHandle all in person, phone and email communications with professionalism, ensuring that information is gathered accuratelyEnsure that First Class Guest/Client service levels are maintained during peak & off-peak periods of the daySafeguard the well-being of our members and staff by diligently adhering to security, fire, health, and safety protocols, fostering an environment of trust and security.Operate the Evening Meal Program Operation from 6pm pmRetrieve food deliveries from personnelOrganize food deliveries by alphabetical order to ensure ease in employees retrieving their food deliveryResponsible for all general Lobby & Evening Meal Program duties as requiredPreferred Qualifications: Must have the ability to stand for at least 5 hours or more as required and willing to stand outside in varying outdoor weather conditions.Associates must portray an extremely positive and professional image; creating a five-star impression on a daily basis is a mustStrong organizational and technical skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent listening and oral communication skills.Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellenceDiscreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.1-2 years experience in a client service / front of the house position within a hospitality or corporate environment.Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
