The Guest Services Representative works under the supervision of the Manager - Guest Service. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each individual who enters Mosaic Life Care is appropriately greeted and provides directions and services as requested. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for being compassionate, empathetic and pro-active in determining each individual''s needs.

- Greets each Mosaic visitor promptly and courteously.
- Provides visitors and caregivers with directions to appropriate locations by mapping out the appropriate directions. Assists visitors as needed to appropriate location and contacts other departments as needed for assistance.
- Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, provides literature pertaining to area hotels, restaurants etc. Provides directions and phone numbers as requested.
- Assists visitors\customers getting in and out of vehicle.
- Assist visitors\customers with carrying items up to 20 lbs.
- Responsible for documentation of problems\concerns and notifying the specific department.
- Oversee paging system in Central Waiting.
- Keep area assigned including business center free of clutter.
- Oversee student volunteer when volunteers are not present.
- Answer phones.
- Guest Relations caregivers may be asked to participate, although not required, in supporting the Courtesy Shuttle Service by safely transporting patients, guests or caregivers from various parking areas on campus to requested destination. This includes driving van, assisting with loading and unloading of passenger, proper operations of vehicle and maintaining cleanliness of van.

Work Experience
- 3 Years - Experience in tourism or face to face retail sales - Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver''s License - Valid In State - If assisting with the courtesy shuttle service, a Class E chauffer''s license will be required within six weeks of employment. - Required Upon Hire
- If assisting with the courtesy shuttle service, must provide a safe driving record, verified through an MVR. (MVR is sourced from the states Department of Motor Vehicles. Information includes license status, issue date, expiration date, citations/violations, and medical certificate information.) - Required Upon Hire
