Guest Room Attendant

Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, MO, 65049

Job Description

The Guest Room Attendant at The Lodge of Four Seasons, is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting for guests. This includes cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and restocking amenities. The Guest Room Attendant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Change linens and make beds
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
• Restock amenities such as towels, soap, and shampoo
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and inviting for guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
