JOB SUMMARY
As a Guest Room Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role performs a variety of tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. Attention to detail, consistency, and dedication to exceptional service directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall hotel experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Room Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean and prepare approximately 15 guest rooms per day, including making beds with fresh linens.

Vacuum carpets thoroughly, including under beds, skirts, desks, and behind nightstands.

Clean and dust furniture and surfaces, picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, carpet edges, inside and outside door panels, door ledges, and thresholds.

Sweep and mop tile floors.

Clean bathrooms and ensure bathtubs, showers, ledges, sinks, vanity shelves, toilets, and vases are spot-free and dust-free.

Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed while maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.

Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
2. Guest Services

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing requests or concerns promptly and courteously.

Ensure guest preferences and special requests are met whenever possible.

Respond to inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
3. Inventory and Supplies

Manage and restock housekeeping supplies, including cleaning agents, linens, and toiletries.

Maintain an organized and tidy housekeeping cart and storage area.
