Guest Satisfaction Specialist

Job Summary:VP Management is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Satisfaction Specialist. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located at our management company in Princeton, West Virginia. The Guest Satisfaction Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay, and will work closely with management to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.Compensation & Benefits:• Competitive salary• Opportunities for advancement within the company• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off and holidays• Employee discounts on lodgingResponsibilities:• Maintain guests survey reports on multiple franchises• Address any questions or concerns guests may have during their stay• Monitor guest satisfaction through franchise reports, surveys and feedback forms• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective solutions to guest concerns• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service• Keep track of and report on guest satisfaction metrics• Remain knowledgeable about hotel/restaurant facilities, services, and events to better assist guestsRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills• Familiarity with hotel/restaurant operations and guest satisfaction metrics• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 poundsEEOC Statement:VP Management is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing an inclusive and diverse work environment.
