You'll work closely with our Front Office team to deliver the kind of service that keeps guests coming back.What You'll DoDeliver courteous, professional, and timely check-in and check-out serviceEnsure guest needs and requests are met and followed through to resolutionMake and confirm reservations, and verify daily rates and availabilityMaintain accuracy in cash handling and Front Desk bank/drawer balancesConduct daily bucket checks and complete shift checklists, reports, and logsComplete courtesy calls within 20 minutes of guest check-inIdentify opportunities to support future business and enhance the guest experienceEncourage guests to share feedback through surveys and TripAdvisorSecurely manage guest valuables via the hotel safe deposit boxAnswer and direct calls professionally, in line with hotel standardsAssist with guest relocations to nearby hotels when necessaryKeep work areas organized, stocked, and guest-readyComply with all Hilton and company standards, as outlined in the Employee HandbookWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of customer service experience; hotel experience strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsA warm, professional demeanor and the ability to stay composed under pressureComfort working with hotel systems (OnQ experience a plus)High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for extended periodsAvailability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAt Palette Hotels, we are dedicated to creating and sustaining meaningful hospitality careers for our associates.
