**Job Summary:**
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and leave with lasting positive memories. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for delivering impeccable customer service, managing inquiries, and facilitating smooth operations at the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide information about the facilities, services, and local area.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and other booking related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold the highest standard of guest confidentiality and privacy.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using front desk systems and software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
