Training schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for (2) weeks
Shifts available, Must be open to all of these (First come, first Serve)
11:00am -7:00pm - Sunday/Monday off
8:00-4:00pm – Friday/Saturday off
12:00pm– 8:00pm – Tuesday and Wednesday off

Position Overview:
The Logistics Agent is responsible for coordinating and monitoring catering delivery operations. This position serves as a liaison between vendors, Guest Services, Operations, and Network teams to ensure orders are confirmed, deliveries are tracked, and service disruptions are resolved efficiently.
The Logistics Agent supports operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with vendors, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
Responsibilities and Associated Duties:
- Coordinate logistics-related communications and follow up on operational requests.
- Communicate with vendors regarding order confirmations, delivery status, and service requirements.
- Monitor and track delivery activities to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation.
- Prioritize urgent requests, international orders, and service recovery situations.
- Maintain detailed records of vendor communications and operational updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support successful order fulfillment.
- Escalate operational concerns and assist with issue resolution when necessary.
- Participate in training, meetings, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Field preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, aviation, hospitality, transportation, customer service, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and standard business software.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
