Job Summary:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests during their stay. You will assist with check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts with accurate billing
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Supervisor
