**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. The Guest Service Agent will provide excellent customer service, handle guest inquiries and concerns, make reservations, and assist in ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest check-outs and process payments.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with making reservations and managing room assignments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 30 pounds.
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are beneficial.
