We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team at a new hotel location.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism. The role involves providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications include a positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and hospitality experience is preferred. Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
