As a Guest Service Associate, youll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming space for families, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to those in your care. Youll work closely with the Family Services Manager and a dedicated team to deliver services that truly matter.
What Youll Do: As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with outgoing and incoming staff at the beginning and end of each shift to relay critical information.
- Maintaining a secure and compassionate communal living environment for families and performing routine walk-throughs to ensure safety and tidiness.
- Logging and addressing maintenance issues reported during daily inspections.
- Carrying a duty cell phone to remain available for families and handle emergencies.
- Receiving, logging, and distributing all family and staff packages and mail.
- Supporting cleanliness and organization in the lobby, kitchen, and dining areas by unloading dishwashers and preparing meals.
- Stocking and distributing essential resources such as laundry supplies, toiletries, and household items.
- Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring common areas remain hygienic.
Family Care Responsibilities:
- Responding to family inquiries and managing emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Assisting the Family Care Manager with check-ins, check-outs, and preparing welcome materials for incoming families.
- Ensuring all visitors are health screened and observing safety protocols, including mask-wearing.
- Managing requests and deliveries from families, contributing to their overall well-being.

- Previous office and customer service experience.
