About the Role:
European Wax Center Berkeley Heights is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team of ladies in Berkeley Heights, NJ! In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Process transactions, reservations, or check-ins efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to management as needed
• Uphold company standards for customer service and hospitality at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred
• Salon experience preferred
• Must exhibit professional appearance and demeanor 
• Must live within 15 mile radius of Berkeley Heights, NJ
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Basic computer or point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
