Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Process transactions, reservations, or check-ins efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and care
• Uphold company standards and policies in all guest-facing interactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
