Base Pay: $15.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Guest Sales Associate, you'll shape each guest's experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You'll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin-making a lasting impact every day.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 25 lbs., and reach items stored at various heights
