COMPENSATION
- Earn between $15 to $22 per hour
- Base Pay
- Wax Pass Commission
- Product Commission
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Assisting guests in the check in and check out process
- Answering guest calls and text messages
- Managing reservations (booking, rescheduling, canceling, etc.) in person and over the phone
- Helping guests with any questions they may have and escalating to management when needed
- Educating guests on our wax passes, rewards, and promotions
- Completing downtime tasks to keep our center organized and clean
- Completing opening, shift change, and closing tasks
