Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to encourage sales and upselling opportunities

Experience

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team.
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math will help you succeed in this role.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal interaction, are essential for engaging with guests and team members. Phone skills mandatory.
• Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
