The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for full-time and part-time Guest Service Attendants to join our team at the Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. As a Guest Service Attendant, you have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas, including tours, bell attendant, valet, room service, or transportation services. Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?

• Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage.
• Assists guests with city information and directions.
• Delivers items as requested by guests or manager on duty.
• Delivers all in-room dining (IRD)food and beverage.
• Delivers guest amenities to rooms.
• Transport guests as needed.
• All other tasks as needed.

More about you

• Prior hotel experience is preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating proper manners and etiquette.
• Requires excellent people skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds.
