Guest Service Manager - FT

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the front desk, bell services, and other guest service functions.

• Ensure exceptional service is provided during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay.

• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate front desk agents and guest service staff.

• Handle and resolve guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements as needed.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Four years of experience in guest service and hotel reservations.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have a passion for guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
