Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through their experience
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling
• Assist customers with product recommendations, answering questions about store merchandise, and offering personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, resolving issues promptly and courteously
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the retail environment is clean, inviting, and well-merchandised
• Conduct retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, or inventory counts accurately
• Craft and wrap our decorated cakes.
