As a Joy Creator, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests into our bakery and helps them find the perfect cake for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and all of life's sweet moments. Whether you're helping a guest place an order, answering questions, packaging cakes with care, or simply sharing a smile, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences every day.


You'll help turn ordinary errands into celebrations and make every guest feel like they're part of the family.


What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm

• Taking orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Preparing and packaging orders with care and attention to detail
