PM Front Desk Associate (Full-Time) - Aloft DFW Airport North

Opened in June 2025, our modern, tech-forward 156-room property is buzzing with energy, and we are looking for a dynamic, guest-focused PM Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the face of our hotel during the busy evening hours, you will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome arriving guests, verify registration data, assign rooms, and efficiently process departures.

• Brand Ambassador: Anticipate guest needs, provide local recommendations, and deliver the energetic, high-touch service that defines the Aloft brand.

• System Management: Utilize the Property Management System to manage reservations, room assignments, and guest billing.

• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction before the end of your shift.

• Communication: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless room readiness and guest service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2 years of hotel Front Desk experience and/or Marriott brand experience is strongly preferred.

• System Knowledge: Experience with Stay PMS is strongly preferred.

• Flexibility: A strong commitment to open evening scheduling and a 7-day work week availability.

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for hospitality.
