- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding programs and services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments.
- Address customer issues promptly and seek resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with staff to promote a positive and efficient environment.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Experience in customer service or guest relations is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
