We are searching for a Guest Service Representative to help ensure a safe and memorable experience for guests. This position is onsite on the Las Vegas Strip, contract-to-hire, and pays $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Work according to the schedule, including weekends and holidays, with rotating shifts.
- Welcome visitors, including VIPs and large groups.
- Provide visitors with a welcome tour / speech about ongoing exhibitions.
- Rotate through the Box Office, Retail, and Beverage Outlets.
- Check exhibition zones, manage exhibit materials, arrange items, ensure optimal conditions, crowd control, collect lost items, prevent incidents, and collect trash.
Requirements:
- Understanding of exhibition content, operational processes, and procedures.
- Active listening and clear communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate exhibition contents.
- Problem-solving skills, proactiveness, adaptability, and ability to lead and support team members.
