Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries about programs and services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and student consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of client and guest interactions.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support guest services.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr.
