Job Description:
- Responsible for interacting with all guests for events and rentals. Greeting customers and providing a high level of customer service.
- Verify completion of setup, tear down, and cleaning of rental rooms for events, courses, and parties. Ensuring a neat and clean appearance of the facility.
- Being knowledgeable about rentals and programs while answering questions and promoting facility offerings.
- Assist all groups with various unforeseen needs that come up throughout the event.
- Oversee rental guests to confirm rental policies and procedures are upheld.
- Completes light maintenance duties to include cleaning restrooms, taking out the trash, sanitizing, vacuum and mopping floors, and laundry.
- Answering phone calls proficiently and professionally.
- Opening and/or closing facility, as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Hours: Varies weekly, typically between 10-15 hours per week, usually evenings/weekends depending on building usage.
- Position is year-round. Not to exceed 1,000 per year. Eligible for paid time off. Earn complimentary seasonal pass(es).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 years and older. High School Graduate.
- Must be available evenings and/or weekends and be flexible.
- Must be attentive to detail, self-motivated, able to work with the public.
- Ability to maintain professional work-related practices - safety, alertness, dependability, responsibility, initiative, good judgment, cleanliness, and ability to work with all ages.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Criminal background check required.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and good organizational skills.
Physical, Environmental, and Special Working Conditions:
- Must be able to do some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.)
