Your Day-to-Day

• Warmly greet guests both in-store and by phone, ensuring a joyful and helpful experience
• Assist customers in selecting cakes, flavors, add-ons, and packages that best suit their celebration
• Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app
• Keep the retail space clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Energetic, friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination
• Prior retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus but not required
