Guest Service Representative – TPI Hospitality

Location: Residence Inn by Marriott – Roseville, MN

Position: Full-Time|Guest Service Representative

Shift: Tuesday thru Saturday evening shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

• Weekend availability required

Pay: $17/hr to $19/hr

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
•  Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
•  Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
•  Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
