What You'll Be Doing

  • Offer a warm welcome to guests, handling check-ins with efficiency and care.
  • Communicate purposefully to discover guest needs and exceed expectations.
  • Champion our loyalty programs, promoting special rates and upgrades when fitting.
  • Ensure seamless cooperation across hotel departments for flawless service delivery.
  • Act as a professional confidant for guests, addressing concerns with empathy and promptness.
  • Stay prepared and inform guests during emergencies, always ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain meticulous records of transactions and guest interactions to uphold service excellence.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • 2+ years in customer service, hospitality preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Communication

  • Exceptional skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in the workplace's primary language.

Physical

  • Ability to stand and move comfortably throughout the day.
  • Capable of occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds.
