Job Overview:
The Guest Service Representative acts as the hospital receptionist and responds in a gracious manner to all inquiries for patient information and hospital services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- One to Three years prior experience in health care and/or customer service required
- Clerical experience preferred
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm
- Evenings
Essential Functions:
- Provides direction to various hospital departments
- Assists in the resolution of patient visitor concerns and complaints
- Other clerical duties will be performed as assigned to facilitate the operations of the department
- Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments, i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles etc.
