We are currently hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Guest Service Specialist.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Checking guests in and out and compiling a report at days end
• Preparing audits based on the front office ledger
• Assisting guests with purchasing event tickets, buying merchandise, making reservations etc.
• Assisting guests, in person or over the phone, with inquiries including but not limited to information regarding events, specific venues etc.

Requirements:

• Opera Cloud experience a plus but not necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year hotel experience required
• Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
• Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Numeracy skills
• Administrative skills
