Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front desk associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
- Assist with scheduling and training of staff to maintain service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hotel experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality preferred.
