Join the Hampton Inn Boston-Natick team as a Guest Service Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will lead and support the front desk team, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front desk associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
  • Assist with scheduling and training of staff to maintain service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hotel experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality preferred.
