Guest Services Supervisor - Spare Time Entertainment 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support our Front Desk Attendants to keep the front of house running smoothly and the atmosphere lively, friendly, and organized.

• Ensure our facility is clean, well-presented, and ready to “wow” guests.

• Oversee daily operations in our amusement areas and assist with scheduling team members to meet business needs.

• Train, coach, and motivate Front Desk Attendants and Porters to deliver top-tier service.

• Partner with the General Manager on promotions, leagues, and special events.

• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership — in person, over the phone, and via our POS and PA systems.

• Keep tabs on inventory, supplies, and equipment, addressing any issues promptly.

• Lead by example through our Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) — ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and excited to return.

• Respond quickly to guest needs, safety issues, or incidents with professionalism and care.

• Complete shift reports, handle cash or vouchers accurately, and help keep operations running seamlessly.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus).

• 2+ years of guest service experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with comfort using Microsoft Office tools.

• A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and an ability to inspire those around you.
