The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins and check-outs, securing payments, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
They will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to deliver exceptional service while adhering to brand standards.
