Consists of providing guest services to a community that has 735 individually owned homes. Requires professionalism and interaction with owners, rentals guests, rental agents, vendors and contractors. This is a full-time, hourly position with rotating weekends required.
Hours:May – August - Monday–Saturday9am – 5pm, Sunday 9am – 1pm
September – April -Monday –Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets visitors and answers the phone in a professional manner.
Checks in rental and owner guests and issues security passes.
Process guest and owner payments.
Participates in office opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation.
Responds to voice mail, email, and customer service requests in a timely manner.
Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system and uses owner/guest information retrieval system.
Performs clerical duties which include photocopying, faxing, and mail processing.
Assists with reserving amenities.
Manages mailbox keys and access cards.
Additional or other duties as needed.

Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent assignments.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel as well as Outlook email.
Ability to lift or move 30 pounds.
