Shift: Full-time 3:00pm–11:00pm
Job Description: Guest Services agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility for a first impression. Some of the daily duties include, but are not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests' reservations.
