Job Title: Guest Services Manager (Part -Time)
Reports to: Guest Services Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Services Ambassador to create exceptional experiences for our hotel guests. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors by providing warm welcomes, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Assist with check-in/check-out support and lobby guest services
- Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Handle phone calls, reservations inquiries, and guest communications professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest service areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest needs
- Support special events, VIP arrivals, and guest engagement initiatives
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s hospitality standards
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or hotel experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer and phone system skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
